No. The two product categories are not similar, so they fall into separate government regulatory classifications. In 1938, homeopathic products included in the Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the U.S. (HPUS) were identified as drugs in the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FDCA). Herbal supplements are regulated as foods. Thus, differences include: Labeling: Homeopathic products can make claims to treat medical conditions. Nutritional and herbal supplements, conversely, cannot make claims for the treatment of a disease condition. Manufacturing: Nutritional products contain milligram quantities which are macro-ingredients. By contrast, homeopathic products use micro-ingredients, which are extremely diluted. The number preceding an “X” indicates the serial dilution. For example, the first dilution is 1X, the thirtieth is 30X, and so on. A 30X dilution means that the ingredient was extracted, diluted, and filtered 30 times in this example leaving behind a residue that is then used in the product. Ingredients: Homeopathic products can contain only active ingredients that are listed in homeopathic pharmacopoeia at levels deemed safe in those references. Since Body Acne is more bacterial and less hormonal in nature than Face Acne for many individuals, the Body Spray alone can be very effective in treating Body Acne. | |
| When/How should I take the tablets? top | |
Take one tablet each morning and one each evening. For best results, chew the tablet slightly and allow it to dissolve in your mouth. By chewing the tablet instead of swallowing the tablet whole, the ingredients are more quickly and easily absorbed into your bloodstream. You will, however, still see results even if you choose to swallow the tablets whole. All the tablets in the package are identical and are marked AM and PM to help you keep track of your dosage schedule. Therefore, you can take an "AM" tablet in the "PM" and vice versa. | |

If you forget to take one tablet in either the morning or in the evening, go ahead and take the tablet when you remember. If you forget more than one day, then start when you remember with the normal dosage of one in the morning and one in the evening. | |

This combination will give you the best overall results. To take the two products together, follow the directions on each package. Each morning and evening, take one tablet from each package, for a total of 4 tablets per day. The tablets for face and body are different from each other, and were specifically formulated so that they could be used in conjunction with each other. | |

Apply a thin layer of cream directly on and around the affected areas one to three times daily. Before applying, cleanse your skin thoroughly. Because of excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with one application daily, then gradually increase to two or three times daily if needed or as directed by a physician. If dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day. | |

In a consumer use test, two applications per day of about 15-18 pumps gave the best results. Used at this rate, each bottle of spray will last for a month.
