Transaction Information
In facilitating transactions, Nature's Cure collects Personal Information related to each transaction, such as the amount of the transaction and the necessary financial and identifying information, including relevant account numbers and addresses. Children's Privacy Statement (Individuals under 13 Years of Age)
Nature's Cure does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell some children's products for purchase by adults. Customers are asked for their date of birth on the checkout page. If the date of birth entered indicates that the user is younger than 13, the checkout process is halted, personally identifiable information is not saved and the child is asked to get a parent or guardian to complete the purchase. The cutoff age is not revealed on the checkout page in order to inhibit children from entering a false birth date in order to continue. When a user 13 years or older makes a purchase, personally identifiable information is collected for billing and delivery. Nature's Cure may store and evaluate that information to better understand consumer needs and may contact consumers for marketing research or to deliver special offers.
Children should not submit any Personal Information to us through the checkout process. If you are under 13 years of age, you may only use the Site with your parent or guardian. 1. Applicability. These terms and conditions apply between you ("Customer") and Nature's Cure ("Nature's Cure") with respect to your purchases of Nature's Cure products and accessories ("Products") from http:/www.buythecure.com (the "Internet Site"). These terms and conditions shall apply and may NOT be altered, supplemented, or amended by the use of any other documents, unless the Customer has signed a separate purchase agreement with Nature's Cure, in which case the separate agreement shall govern.
2. Customers. Sales from this Internet Site are limited to Customers who are at least 18 years of age, and who are residents of the contiguous 48 states of the United States and the District of Columbia (not Alaska or Hawaii), and who are purchasing for personal use. Nature's Cure will NOT accept orders on this Internet Site from parties who are underage, who are in other territories, or who intend to purchase Products for commercial resale. By submitting an order on this Internet Site, Customer certifies that Customer meets the foregoing requirements.
3. Payment & Orders. Credit card is the only form of payment that will be accepted for Product orders on this Internet Site. All orders received from buythecure.com are subject to acceptance in Nature's Cure's sole and absolute discretion. Once accepted, Nature's Cure will attempt to fill Customer's order for Products, subject to available inventory. Nature's Cure will not be liable for delay in or failure to ship Products. Orders received on BuyTheCure.com are protected by Secure Socket Layer encryption (SSL) for transaction security. 4. Taxes. Nature's Cure is required by law to collect all applicable sales taxes for all states and municipalities. Customer authorizes Nature's Cure to charge the applicable sales taxes to Customer's credit card.
5. Shipping & Handling. Customers will be charged according to the Shipping and Handling prices as listed next to the Item in the Shopping Cart. Delivery time 2 - 4 weeks. Rush Shipping of 5 - 7 business days is an additional $4.99 charge and can be added from within the Shopping Cart.
6. Title; Risk of Loss. Title to Products passes from Nature's Cure to Customer on shipment from Nature's Cure's facility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Nature's Cure is Nature's Cure's responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Customer is Customer's responsibility.
7. Returns & Refunds. Products that are purchased from this Internet Site may be returned by the Customer for a refund in accordance with Nature's Cure's Return Policy in effect on the date Nature's Cure accepts the order. 8. Limitation of Damages & Liability. Nature's Cure shall not be liable to Customer for any special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for any claim by any third party. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of Products, Nature's Cure is not liable for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by Customer for the purchases under this agreement.
9. Reservations & Exceptions. Nature's Cure reserves the rights to change prices, terms, specifications and warranties for Products on this Internet Site at any time without prior notice. Nature's Cure endeavors to post accurate information, but mistakes can sometimes be made, and any errors in Product specifications, descriptions, and pricing are subject to correction by Nature's Cure.
